Large King Prawns are coated in a thick mixture of Pecorino cheese, white wine, herbs and garlic. Place garlic and cream in a wok or frying pan and over medium heat gently bring to the boil. Remove garlic, chilli and prawns from pan and set aside. Place pan back over medium-high heat and add tomatoes, stock and herbs.

- For the sauce: put 3 tbsp of soy sauce in to little bowl and chopped chillies. Mix it together.
- Take the prawns off the heat. Serve them with boiled basmati rice and garnish with spring onions.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add prawns back to pan and toss well to coat.
