With each square, fold pastry from corner to corner to create a triangle shape and press edges together with a fork to seal. When done, brush the top of pastries with beaten egg using a pastry brush.
  5. Bake parcels for about 20 mins or until golden. Dust with sifted icing sugar (confectionery sugar) and serve with ice cream
